How do I find a product?

1. If you have not decided what product you would like to find, you can try to search for the product in the categories section or our promotion product list under the search bar.

2. Type the name of the product you’re looking for into the search bar. You can search for products by name or Category

Note:

– Detailed product information is displayed on the product details page. This information includes product specifications, seller information and buyer reviews.

How do I manage shopping cart?

You can use the Shopping Cart to save products and pay for several products at once. Up to 5 items could be saved in Shopping Cart.

How do I get coupons or discounts?

You can get coupons and discounts in many different ways:

1. On the product page
Please go to the page of Store Promotion.
In the orange section you can see the discount the seller offers. During checkout, this discount gets automatically deducted from the order total.

Next to the seller discount, you can find discount Coupon number (in the red section). Copy the coupon number to insert it in the coupon section inside the shopping cart

2. On sale Periods
During large sales, such as Black Friday, you will find different activities to win coupons and points  (which can be exchanged to coupons) . You can visit our site or app to check the pages or follow Aumland on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to get updates about upcoming and ongoing activities.

After you’ve registered with mehtagat, you should sign in to your account whenever you’re looking to buy. Signing in personalizes your shopping experience, where you can keep track of all your buying activities, items you’ve saved to your watch list, and your favorite sellers and searches.

How to sign out

To log out, select your name (shown in the top left corner of most mehtagat pages), then Sign out. We recommend you log out of your account whenever you’ve finished using mehtagat, especially if you’re using a public or shared device.

Closing your account and deleting your data

If you close your Aumland account, You’ll also lose your feedback as well as your purchase and sales history.

What you need to know about closing your account

When you submit a request to close your account, we’ll send an email to your registered email address within 24 hours letting you know we’ve received it.

Generally, it takes 30 days to close an account from the date we receive a request. However, if you’ve bought items in the 30 days prior to submitting your request, we’ll keep your account open for 60 days from receiving your request so any outstanding sales or purchases can be completed and so we can meet our commitments to all buyers under the Aumland Money Back Guarantee.

After the 30-day or 60-day period (depending on whether you’ve bought items in the past 30 days) your account will be permanently closed and your data will be deleted. If you change your mind during the time it takes to close your account, you can contact us and ask to have it reopened if your account is in good standing.

Personal data on closed accounts

When you send a request to close your account, your personal data will also be deleted as long as your account is in good standing.

Mehtagat deletes personal data using approved methods such as encryption, pseudonymization, and aggregation. For your part, you’ll need to clear cache, cookies, and history from each browser you used to sign in to your mehtagat account.

When we’ve closed your account, we’ll let you know by sending an email to your registered email address. If you’d like to use mehtagat again, you’ll need to create a new account.

Once you’ve submitted an account closure request, you won’t be able to access your account or use it to buy on Aumland.

How do I return an item(s)?

aumland.com gives you the option to return purchased item(s)*. Any order that has been shipped, falls within a returnable category and is within the 14 days limit from the date of delivery, can be filed for return according to the following

Conditions of returning an Item

Returns are accepted for :

Wrong Products, Defective products, Used/ refurbished and Counterfeit products

  • You have received a wrong product: you can return it with our delivery representative  ( we recommend and advise you to check your shipment in the presence of our delivery representative just to be sure that the delivered product type is the same as per your order, Returned product must be unused, in original unbroken packaging and includes all tags
  • You have received a damaged product during delivery processing: please contact our buyer support division within 24 hours for claim purposes. please send back all items including the free promotional items that came with the purchase. If forgotten, the return will not be accepted. Returned product must be unused, in original unbroken packaging and includes all tags
  • You have received a Defective Product: We accept return up to 30 Days, …after the 30 days, please contact the manufacturer according to the manufacturer warranties
  • You have received a product that is not as described on the Site: You must return the product within (14) days of receipt of shipment. (Returned product must be unused, in original unbroken packaging and includes all tags, For electronics, open products will be accepted only if different from description or picture displayed.

Once we receive your returned product,  we will inspect the product quality
If product quality is not as described in our site, we will refund you according to your requested refund method.
Note that if the product quality is as described in the site, you will not be refunded and we will send you back your product.

Non-returnable Products.

No return, replace or exchange products in respect of:

1. Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them.

2. Any consumable product which has been used or installed.

3. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers; or

4. Products that fall under specific categories, including food, beverages, household goods, swimwear, hosiery, underwear, socks, footwear, books, CDs/DVDs, potty training items, maternity belt, health, hygiene related and personal care products and certain baby products (e.g. tethers, diapers, baby wipes, hygiene tissues, feeding related products),

5. Items that are not in original condition and packaging.

6. Damaged items due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if they still under warranty period.

7. Items that have been assembled, used, altered, or installed unless defective.

8. Item that were sealed and required their hygienic level to be intact from the manufacturer.

9. Orders shipped to international destinations [Outside Egypt].

10. I changed my mind.

11. Ordered by mistake.

12. Ordered the wrong color or the wrong size.

Full Refund:

we will refund to you the product amount in full (excluding the original shipping fees plus the return fees)  in case of

  • If the delivered products are faulty or not as described on our Site; or
  • If the return is due to an error on our side, such as an error in pricing or description, etc.
  • if you cancel the order before shipping
Refund Procedure:

We will issue a refund to you depending on the method you used for payment, as follows:

• If you paid by cash on delivery, we will issue a refund as store credits; or

• if you paid by credit/debit card, you can choose to have a refund as store credits or to your credit/debit card.

Refund Timescale:

Once your product is received back in our fulfillment center and inspected by our team, If your claim is successful; the refund will be subject to the following time scale

  • Product inspection might take 2-4 days
  • If the refund is to your credit/debit card, you will receive it within thirty (30) days after receiving the inspection team approval;
  • If your refund is store credits, you will receive the refund within three (3) days after receiving the inspection team approval; or
  • If you have cancelled your order before shipping, we will provide store credits within three (3) days from the cancellation, or within thirty (30) days if you choose to transfer back the amount to your credit/debit card.
